Because of the simplicity of the current judicial practice in China, it is necessary to have theoretical responses, and the elementary procedural design should focus on the role of the notarial mediation system, the main body of applying for judicial confirmation, the content of judicial reviews and other related relief methods;besides, the institutional innovation needs more tests.
