Abstract:Abstract: The development of small and micro enterprises and the protection of labor rights are indeed the game between economic efficiency and social equity. Though situated in a comparatively vulnerable position with financial difficulties, self-development of small and micro enterprises is of great importance to the overall economy. Thus, as we are concerning about labor rights, we have to re-examine the unanimous adjusting mode of our labor laws. Particular rules should be set concerning protection against dismissal, collective bargaining, social insurance and working hour systems, so as to achieve a win-win fair between the development of small and micro enterprises and labor rights protection.
