抗战时期“贷金制度”研究

摘要：1937年7月全面抗战爆发之后，华北大部分地区相继沦陷，沦陷区内的学生被迫流亡。面对大量的流亡学生，陈立夫一方面有感于学生生活的不易，出于为抗战培养人才的目的，资助流亡学生；另一方面也出于与中共争夺青年学生为国民党服务的心理，采取了贷金制度，资助学生完成学业。贷金制度自施行后几经波折，在1943年由于物价飞涨等原因，被迫取消，实行了公费制。贷金制度施行之后，起到了很好的效果，很多学生受益于贷金制度，顺利完成了学业。同时培养出大批优秀人才，为抗战的胜利做出了很大的贡献

Study on "Loan Fund System" during theAnti-Japanese War Period

Abstract: After the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War in 1937, most parts of the North China region had been occupiedby the enemy and students in the occupied areas were forced into exile. Regarding a large number of exiles, on theone hand, considering the difficult life of students, as well as the purpose of training personnel for war, Chen Lifubegan to provide financial aid to the students. On the other hand, he also aimed to attract more student to serveKuomintang. Due to the soaring price and other reasons, the loan system was forced to be canceled in 1943, and thesystem of public funds was put into practice. The implementation of the loan system achieved a very good effect.Many students evidently benefited from the loan system and completed their studies. Simultaneously, a large numberof outstanding talents had been cultivated and made a great contribution to the victory of the war.
