摘    要:针对长江经济带水足迹结构异化导致的省际水资源管理困境,依托考虑时空差异性的水足迹算法为基础,以农业、工业、生活、生态4类水足迹为核心,开展长江经济带水足迹精准核算工作。依托水足迹强度、水足迹土地密度等指标,分析长江经济带水足迹结构规律,厘清水足迹结构异化特征。研究表明: 农业是长江经济带省际水足迹主要来源,动量效应与规模效应是省际水足迹结构异化特征,生态禀赋与发展格局是省际水足迹结构异化本质。因此,长江经济带水资源协调发展的关键在于协调产业布局、地理位置、人口规模3大水足迹主导要素关系。

Research into Alienation Features of Water Footprint Structure of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and Coordination Development Strategy

Abstract:In view of the inter provincial water resources management dilemma caused by water supply and demand structure alienation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, this paper, based on water footprint algorithm related with temporal and spatial variability, takes the water footprint of agriculture, industry, life and ecology as the core issue and carries out the Yangtze River Economic Belt accurate water footprint accounting work. Built on the indexes of water footprint intensity, water footprint land density, it analyzes the law of water footprint structure in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and clarifies the alienation characteristics of water footprint structure between provinces. Research shows that agriculture is the main source of inter provincial water footprint in the Yangtze River; The momentum effect and scale effect are the characteristics of inter provincial water footprint; Ecological endowment and development pattern are the nature of inter provincial water footprint. The key to the coordination development of water resources in the Yangtze River Economic Zone lies in the coordination of three major water footprint leading elements, namely, industrial layout, geographical location and population size.
