长江经济带新型城镇化效率的时空差异分析

通过运用Super-SBM模型和Malmquist指数对2005—2014年长江经济带新型城镇化效率进行评价和动态分析，并进一步运用ArcGIS10.2对新型城镇化效率进行空间分析。结果表明：长江经济带新型城镇化效率整体不高，区域发展差距较大，总体呈现出下游高于中游，中游高于上游的态势。同时，新型城镇化效率水平的增长趋势并不明显，经济发展水平较低的省市依赖技术进步，较高的省市依赖技术效率；从空间上看，效率变化明显，效率值总体上呈现出由下游到上游递减的分布特征，各省市新型城镇化效率分布呈现显著集聚特征，非均衡分布态势已较为突出。因此，要加强地区间交流合作，均衡区域发展，注重环境保护，提高生态效率，优化资源配置，提高新型城镇化效率。

Therefore, to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between regions, balanced regional development, pay attention to environmental protection, improve the ecological efficiency, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of the new urbanization.
