高校班级干部选拔的困境与出路探赜

摘    要:摘要:班级干部选拔工作是高校班级干部建设的重要环节。当前,我国许多高校的班级干部选拔普遍面临选拔过程的公正性 难以确保、选拔结果的合理性难以保障、选拔成果的实效性难以发挥的困境,通常是由选拔标准不全面、选拔程序不规范、选拔 方式单一所造成的。针对这些困境及其问题归因,亟待从选拔标准、选拔原则、选拔程序以及选拔方法等方面寻求出路,立足 于选拔成果的实效性作用,强调选拔方式的灵活运用,进而提高高校班级干部选拔工作的实效性和实用性

Abstract:Abstract: Selecting class cadres is an important part of class cadre construction in universities. At present, the selection mode in China is facing problems, for example, the selection process lacks impartiality, the result is irrational, and the effectiveness can hardly be guaranteed, which are usually caused by incomplete selection standard, procedure and method. To solve these problems, standard selection criterion, selection principles, selection processes and methods need to be perfected; and we need to increase the effectiveness of selection results and flexibility of selection methods.
