自媒体时代群体性事件成因及舆论引导路径探讨

微博、微信、推特等自媒体的出现，为网民提供了自由表达意见和舆论聚集的场所。同时，由于自媒体的草根性、自主性、 匿名性等特点，也为网民情绪的集中及群体性事件的发生提供了平台。群体性事件的发生不仅伤害了当事人，也对自媒体舆 论环境的营造和社会的稳定造成了不利的影响。从传播学的视角对自媒体环境下群体性事件的形成原因及过程进行了分析， 并在此基础上探讨了群体性事件对自媒体环境产生的影响，提出了进行舆论引导的几点建议。

On the Cause of Mass Disturbance and the Guidance of Public Opinion

We Media have provided the public with a convenient platform of expressing opinions and comments. At the same time, the non-governmental, independent and anonymous We Media has become a center of mass disturbance. In one way, it hurts those parties involved, and on the other hand, it brings adverse effects to the public opinion environment and social stability. This paper analyzes the cause and process of mass disturbance in view of Communication Studies, studies the adverse effects brought by it and come up with some suggestions.
