| 摘 要： | 高等学校档案管理部门往往重视档案的收集、整理、保管和利用,但忽视档案宣传工作,从而影响了档案的收集和利用。本文就加强档案宣传工作的必要性、重要性及如何进行档案宣传工作作了阐述。

| Abstract: | While the archive administration in institutions of higher learning value the collection, arrangement, safekeeping, and utilization of archives, they often neglect the publicity work related to archives which has a negative impact on the archives collection and utilization. This paper discusses the necessity and importance of strengthening publicity work related to archives, and it has further elaborated how to carry out the publicity work. |
