脱乙酰甲壳素与谷氨酸菌体絮凝机理的探讨

摘    要:本文采用脱乙酰甲壳素作絮凝剂对谷氨酸发酵液进行处理。研究了絮凝剂加入量及加入时混合方式等因素对谷氨酸菌体絮凝的影响。基于大量的实验材料及对絮粒的显微结构测定,探讨了谷氨酸菌体与脱乙酰甲壳素作用的絮凝机理,认为此机理为架桥机理。

Abstract:Chitosan is used as a flocculating agent to deal with the glutamate fermentation solution. The amount of chitosan and the method of mixing are studied which can affect the flocculation of glutamate bacteria. Based on a number of experimental facts and the determination of the microstructure of bacteria particles,a discussion is held on the flocculating mechanism,which,in the end,is proved to be bridging mechanism.
