镍铜铬奥氏体铸铁的机械性能和耐碱蚀性能

摘    要:本文研究六种镍铜铬奥氏体铸铁,观察金相组织,测试机械性能,试验在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中的腐蚀速度,用电镜分析腐蚀形态.结果表明:六种铸铁耐蚀性均优于1Cr18NigTi钢,灰铸铁Z4最佳,Z5其次.腐蚀形态宏观为全面腐蚀,整体的耐蚀性决定于铸铁的成分与组织.随着镍及铜含量增加,强度下降塑性提高.球铁的强度和塑性均优于灰铸铁,但两者的耐蚀性属同一水平。

Abstract:Six kinds of Ni-Cu-Cr austenitic cast iron are studied in this paper. Mechanical propertiesare determined,the corrosion speed in the aqueous caustic of Inner Mongolian natural soda istested and the microstructure and corrosive shape are observed by OM and SEM. The resultsshow that all these six kinds of cast iron have better corrosive resistance than. 1Cr18Ni9Tisteel,of which No. Z4 has the best and No. Z5 the next best. The macrocorrosive shape is uniform corrosion and the level of resistance,as a whole, depends on the composition and microstructure of the cast iron. Along with the increase of the amount of Ni and Cu, thestrength drops off and ductility rises. The strength and ductility of the nodular cast iron areboth better than those of the flake graphite cast iron while their corrosive resistances areclose to each other.
