高校研究生班主任工作刍议

针对扩招背景下研究生的特点,提出了研究生班主任工作的主要任务和工作对策。研究生班主任作为研究生教育管理的直接执行者,应该紧紧围绕研究生的成长、成才做好工作;应该加强与研究生的交流沟通,密切关注他们的思想动态;协助研究生做好职业生涯规划;帮助研究生处理好学业与兼职的关系;对班级“三困生”给予关心和帮助;参与组建研究生党支部、团支部,树立良好的班风等。

The main tasks and working policies are offered by the author about the postgraduate class instructors' job.The author analyzes the background of expanding recruiting of postgraduate students.As the direct executor of educating and managing postgraduate students,the class instructors should pay full attention to students' ideological trend,promote their mutual communication and concentration on the "Three Difficulties",help students with career planning and help and guide students to balance the relationship between studying and taking a part time job.Furthermore,participating in founding postgraduates' Party branch and Communist Youth League branch,as well as creating an atmosphere favorable for classes.All in all,the class instructors should focus on students' growing to maturity and becoming a useful person.
