| Abstract: | College graduates'employment is a central issue that both society and colleges and universities have paid attention to. Deeply analyzing the current stern situation the college graduates' employment is facing and the favorable conditions in employment, the author puts forward some proposals and measures about how to do well the college graduates'employment work in the light of the practice in colleges and universities. |
