摘    要:改革开放以来,我国教育方针的变迁过程深刻地说明现代教育制度在中国的建立和完善,受西方文化的影响,更受到中国文化的根本制约。我国教育方针的种种不足都与中国文化的价值观和思维方式有着内在本质的联系。如果教育制度与其背后的价值观和思维方式不匹配,教育制度就难以高效地运行。中国文化的内核——价值观和思维方式在本质上规定了教育制度运行的绩效。

Abstract:After the reform and open policy, the process of the educational policy's vicissitudes shows that the establishment and improvement of the modem education system in China are influenced by the Western culture and more restricted by the Chinese culture. It's difficult for the educational policy to work well when the educational system does not match with its values and the thinking mode. The Chinese euhure's essence, the values and the thinking mode have been stipulating the achievements of educational system movement in nature.
