| 摘 要： | 随着市场化改革不断深入 ,湖北欠发达地区与发达地区的差距越来越大 ,由于市场发育滞后及基础条件的限制 ,欠发达地区的发展目标与市场化目标存在尖锐的短期矛盾 ,造成欠发达地区的发展困难很大。只有通过市场化改革 ,充分发挥市场机制的作用 ,转变政府职能 ,才能促进欠发达地区的发展

| Abstract: | The gap between Hubei underdeveloped areas and developed areas becomes bigger.The underdeveloped areas are .limited by dull market and parts of the infrastructure. Only by way of market reform and market system and effective government functions can we promote the development of those underdeveloped areas. |
