| Abstract: | The theory and practice of military alliance and cooperative security in Northeast Asia have proved that the countries concerned should abandon the concept of alliance and strengthen their bilateral and multilateral cooperation in accordance with the needs of cooperative security. Only in this way can a guaranteed security mechanism be established in this region. |
