| Abstract: | It is very important to probe into the definition, scope and sources of the international trade law for the development of the science of the international trade law. The international trade law is the sum total of legal rules which regulate transnational trade relations and the interrelated relations. Its scope includes private rules and public rules. Its sources mainly embody treaties, customs, legislation and case law. |
