| 摘 要： | 国有企业是国有资产的重要组成部分,西方国家在对国有企业的改革中,探索了许多值得借鉴的模式.从西方国家国企改革的不同模式分析出发,探索了西方国家国企改革的共同规律,指出了我国国有企业改革应注意的问题,这对于当前国有企业的深化改革有现实意义.

| Abstract: | State owned enterprises are an important component of state assets.In terms of the reform of state owned enterprises,western countries have explored and developed some patterns,which are worthy of our reference. The paper based on the analyses of different reform patterns of the state owned enterprises in western countries,explores the common laws of policies of state owned enterprises in western countries,and points out the problems state owned enterprises in our country should pay attention to in reforms.All these are of great realistic significance to the reforms in the state owned enterprises in China . |
