| 摘 要： | 《民办教育促进法》规定了民办学校的出资人有权取得合理回报，但是由于人们对其性质认识不一，法律规范对其规定又存在诸多缺陷，故其在实际操作中困难重重。为保障出资人这一权利能够得以实现并继续促进民办教育的健康发展，合理回报制度应予重构。

| Abstract: | Accordance with the Act for Promoting Non-governmental Education,the investors have right to obtain reasonable return.But the provision is difficult to realize because people have various cognition for its character and the Act has many limitations.In order to safeguard the investors' rights and continuously promote healthy development of non-government education,the reasonable return system ought to be reconstructed. |
