| 摘 要： | 当前农民工精神文化生活普遍处于十分缺乏状态,造成农民工精神文化权益缺失的主要原因是收入低、工作劳动强度大、缺乏合适的文化生活载体。在构建和谐社会,建设社会主义新农村的进程中,城市政府须以高度的政治责任感,主动担负起维护农民工文化权益的责任,使越来越多的农民工真正拥有越来越丰富的精神食粮。

| Abstract: | Currently,farm-workers are living in extreme poverty in terms of spiritual and cultural life,a "cultural desert in cities" due to their low income,high labor intensity,and lack of appropriate carrier for their cultural life.In building a harmonious society and a socialist new countryside,city governments are to should their political responsibility in protecting the farm-workers' cultural rights so that more and more farm-workers can bid farewell to the "cultural desert" and enjoy abundant spiritual food. |
