| 摘 要： | 从罗马法开始 ,信用就作为人格的组成部分 ,是对特定主体偿债能力的社会评价。现在有观点认为信用是财产。在现代市场经济中 ,该种观点有一定的合理性。但从更本原的意义上 ,信用仍应列为人格权保护的客体。

| Abstract: | Since Roman law, credit has been a part of the personality. Credit is social comment on someones ability to repay his debt. Now, there is an idea that credit is property. Although this idea is somehow reasonable in the market economy, credit should still be classified in the original sense as personality, an object to be protected. |
