| 摘 要： | 作为现代国际统一银行监管标志的《巴塞尔协议》,在国际银行监管的国际合作方面作出了巨大贡献。本文通过回顾巴塞尔协议中关于国际银行监管思想的演变,分析了(新)巴塞尔协议对国际银行风险监管的法律影响和我国现行外资银行立法,提出只有依据(新)《巴塞尔协议》的精神,加强国际银行监管的国际交流与合作,才能对中国的外资银行进行有效的监管,发挥其对中国经济发展的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses that Basle Committee on Banking Regulations and Supervisory Practices has a legal influence upon international banking risky supervision, and the supervisory law institution of foreign-funded banks in China. The thesis holds that it will provide foreign-funded banks with efficient supervision trying to understand spirits of Basle Committee on Banking Regulations and Supervisory Practices and enforcing international cooperation of banking supervision. |
