| 摘 要： | 为全面贯彻落实国家＂十二五＂规划纲要,浙江省提出了舟山群岛新区建设发展规划,这意味着舟山的发展已上升并纳入国家发展战略规划。本文从一种新的视角来审视＂舟山群岛新区＂的愿景,并就其发展定位、经济范式、制约因素和应对挑战等方面,提出科学的策划创意。
