| 摘 要： | 拥有浓厚军事背景的美国思想库新美国安全中心，以亚太地区为研究重点，高度关注中国的崛起，更新“全球公域”理论，鼓动美国应更新和强化美日同盟、美韩同盟，以此来应对中国，重构东北亚新安全秩序。新美国安全中心的鼓吹将加速美国围堵中国的步伐，扰乱亚太安全。
