论高校图书馆的独立地位

摘    要:素质教育并不是实现高校图书馆地位独立的条件,其只是实现高校图书馆在高校内部部门职能重组的目标,没有改变图书馆地位被给予的命运。只有站在人与社会发展的关系层面,才能理解高校图书馆地位问题,而现代社会从工业社会向知识经济社会的转向才是高校图书馆地位独立的前提,其核心是服务于现代人的全面发展。高校图书馆必须实现由载体、功能建设向文化建设的转向,实现其综合性、开放性、现代性、高端性。

Abstract:Quality education is not the condition to achieve the independent status of university libraries. It only serves for realizing the reorganization goal of department functions in the university, which does not change the status of the library from the fate of its passiveness. Only from the level of the relationship between the human and social development can we understand the status of university libraries. The modern transmission from industrial society to a knowledge economy society is the prerequisite for the status independence of university libraries, whose core is serving the comprehensive development of modern human. University libraries should transfer from the carrier and functional building to the cultural construction, and achieve its comprehensiveness, openness, modernity, and high-end natures.
