| 摘 要： | 公民形象是公民品德、操守的外在反映,是公民全部言行构成的公众评价,是一个国家软实力的重要组成部分,是彰显综合国力的重要窗口。公共精神对公民公共主体意识形成的要约,公民在公共活动中体现的教养,良好人际关系的构建以及在公共活动中践行的礼仪规范都将成为公民形象塑造的要素。

| Abstract: | Citizen image is the exterior reflection of a person＇s moral character and the public evaluation to all his words and actions as well as the window to reveal the comprehensive national strength because it is an important part of a country＇s soft power.The elements on the process of shaping the citizen image includes the restriction which the public spirit puts on people＇s subject consciousness,the wit the citizen embodies in the public activities,the construction of the good interpersonal relationship and the etiquette which the citizen practices in the public activities. |
