| 摘 要： | 高速公路工程项目投资规模大、工程线路长、涉及范围广、参建单位多、关系协调难、质量安全风险高,这些因素不可避免地在项目建设过程中给业主方项目管理带来诸多困难。本文运用和谐项目管理的理论,探讨了高速公路项目和谐项目管理的内涵,构建了和谐项目管理机制模型,并结合醴茶高速公路建设的现状,提出了高速公路和谐项目管理机制实现的途径。

| Abstract: | Factors such as large scale of investment,long construction lines,wide range of construction units and complex relations between participants,high risk in quality and safety controls,inevitably bring a lot of？difficulty to Owner in the course of project management in Expressway projects.In this paper,we use the theory of harmonious management,discuss the Content of Harmonious project management in the Expressway project,build a harmonious project management model,integrate the actual case of Licha Highway project,and propose series of approach to achieve mechanism of harmonious management for expressway projects. |
