构建高校党委履行使命的长效机制

我国高校实行党委领导下的校长负责制,党委领导是我国高校领导体制的一个根本特色。要加强和改进党对高校的领导,始终坚持高校的社会主义方向,必须构建长效机制,坚持党要管党、党管大事、党管干部、党管人才,并在已有的办法、作法的基础上,推陈出新,形成常态化和制度化的工作机制,确保高校党委履行好自己的使命,从而为办好中国特色社会主义大学,为高等教育事业的科学发展提供思想保证、政治保证和组织保证。

Construction of a Long-term Mechanism for Ensuring the Mission Performance of the Party Committee in Colleges and Universities

The president responsibility system under the Party＇s leadership is being executed in China, and party committee leading basically features the leadership mechanism in Chinese colleges and universities. In order to strengthen and improve party leadership in colleges and universities, and always follow the socialist direction, a long-term mechanism should be constructed, and party should govern party, major e- vents, cadres, and talents. Based on existing methods and practices, working mechanism with normalization and systematization should be constructed through weeding through the old to bring forth the new, to ensure the party committee of college and university to perform it＇s mission, and to offer ideological guarantee, political guarantee and organizational guarantee for better building college and socialistic college and university with Chinese characteristics and scientific development of higher education cause.
