| 摘 要： | 2009年底，我国网络视频用户规模达到2．4亿。伴随着网络视频用户规模的不断扩大，网络视频的发展进入一个新的成长期，我国网络视频的格局也随之发展变化。如何正确认识网络视频的发展趋势，引导和促进网络视频产业发展，成为当前网络视频领域面临的重要问题。本文从技术、内容、行业环境三个方面分别对我国网络视频的发展趋势进行解析，并由此提出我国网络视频进一步发展的建议，以期抛砖引玉，助力我国网络视频未来的发展。
