企业诚信与企业信用辨析

企业信用是企业遵守诺言和实践成约的行为,是企业追求总体利益最大化的理性经济行为。企业诚信是指企业以承诺并履行与自身行为相对应的、对他人对社会所应承担的义务和责任作为自己的真诚信念,这种义务和责任通常是以交易契约的方式确定下来的。企业诚信与企业信用在人性论和义利观、建立和维护机制、指向性和研究思维上均有不同,两者关系辨析表明,企业诚信文化建设具有根本性意义。
