| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育的快速发展,对地方高校既是良好的发展机遇,也是严峻挑战.地方高校如何应对挑战,走出一条适合自身发展之路,已成为一个事关高等教育发展全局的重大问题.文章探讨了地方高校发展中的几个关键问题,着重讨论了地方高校的办学理念、办学宗旨和发展战略,特别强调了"突出特色、立足地方"的发展理念.
