| 摘 要： | 作为干部选拔任用方式,公开选拔是一个趋势.2002年公开选拔广西部分地市团委副书记笔试表明,这次应考的考生考试成绩不理想.究其原因,在于应考者业务知识不扎实、知识面不宽,写作水平不高以及应考经验不足等等.要想解决这些问题,必须加强共青团基本理论、业务知识的学习和系统培训.认真读书,拓宽自己的知识面.学习写作知识,提高写作水平.注意应考技巧,合理分配答题时间.

| Abstract: | Absrtact:Open selection is a way to recruit and promote cadres today.However,in a written examination in the open selec tion of the deputy secretaries of some municipal and prefectural League commi ttees in Guangxi in 2002,the results are not satis-factory.This mirrors some problems in the examinees' professional knowledge,writing le vel,examination experience,etc.T o solve these problems,League cadres must double their efforts to study th e basic theory and professional know ledge of the Communist Youth League,read more books to widen the range of their own knowledge,enrich their writing knowle dge to up-grade their writing level,etc. |
