| 摘 要： | 信息公开制度是行政公开的重要内容,是我国亟需建立的重要法律制度。本文以美国信息公开制度的建立历史为借鉴,结合我国实际,对信息公开制度的意义、我国信息公开制度的建构以及信息公开的背景制度等三个方面进行了分析和论述,并提出相关的意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Freedom of information is a very important part of administrative transparency which is in urgent need to be established in China. Considering about the history of freedom of information in the Umted States and the facts in China, this writer has discussed about three main aspects, i.e. the significance of the freedom of information, the establishment of freedom of information in China and the background systems of freedom of information, and puts forward, relevant opinions and suggestions. |
