| Abstract: | Voluntary surrender of the unit has no distinct regulations in Criminal Law made in 1997, which causes difficulties in the application of rules of this sort. The essay endeavors to discuss the following three focuses:what is the content of voluntary surrender of the unit; who can represent the unit's voluntary surrender; and how to punish the unity and related persons responsible for the crime. These discussions hope to be beneficial to the right establishment of the unit's voluntary surrender, and subsequently lead to reasonable judge. |
