我国少数民族地区可持续发展的环境保护分析

我国少数民族比较集中的地区可持续发展的总体能力较弱,原因在于民族地区人口素质低下、资源利用方式不合理、产业结构不合理。鉴于此,必须提高认识,以实施可持续发展战略为指导原则;制定总体规划,抓住重点,分区域推进;要尽量减轻人口对环境的压力;制定相应的政策,合理开发利用资源;重视生态环境建设,建立和完善生态环境建设的资金保障机制,并采取切实可行的技术保障措施。同时要加强公众参与,充分调动广大群众保护和建设生态环境的积极性。

Analyzing the Sustainable Development of Our Minority Areas from the Perspective of Environmental Protection

In our country, the most of regions where minorities live densely are lack of sustainable development abilities. The reason resides in lower population quality, irrationality of resource utilization modes and of industrial structure. In view of such situations, we should take the following measures: enhancing our recognition on the guiding principle, carrying out strategy of sustainable development; constituting relative policies about rationally exploiting and utilizing resources; attaching importance to construction of ecological environment, establishing and improving fund insurance mechanism of building ecological environment; adopting feasible technical safeguard mechanism. Meanwhile, public participation and motivating people in protecting ecological environment should be enhanced.
