第三方物流企业客户关系管理系统的研究

摘    要:分析了客户关系管理在第三方物流企业中实施的现状,然后根据第三方物流企业及其客户的特点提出并建立了一套客户关系管理系统。在该系统中第三方物流企业的客户关系管理分为:客户接触阶段的管理、客户信息共享阶段的管理、客户消费物流服务阶段的管理和提供信息支持的管理。最后分析和说明了该系统的优越性。

Abstract:The article analyzed the present applying situation of the customer relations management in the third party logistics enterprise,then proposed and established a set of customer relations management system according to the third party logistics enterprise and its customer characteristics.In this system the customer relations management of the third party logistics enterprise can be divided into: the customer contact stage management,the customer information sharing stage management,the customer consuming logistics service stage management and the management of providing information supporting.Finally the article analyzed and explained superiority of this system.
