| Abstract: | In this paper the writer has discussed the necessity,guiding idea and target of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,put forward its three basic modes-"internal and external","externalization" and "making external units do the work",held that we should pay good attention to economic effect and social effect in the process of the reform and pointed out several problems needing attention. |
