| 摘 要： | 西南交通大学峨眉校区实行党员培养教育进阶制度，以党员培养教育进阶制度培育大学生党员先进性，使大学生对党的认识、基本理论的掌握、先进性的体现更加清晰，目标更加明确，更好地发挥了党员先锋模范作用，已形成学生党员发展、培养教育、管理、激励全方面的系统工作机制。
