| 摘 要： | 区域可持续发展能力的建设与评价，是近年来社会各界持续关注的热点。而从社会发展、经济发展、资源与环境以及其他等四大类指标出发，采用层次分析法建立综合评价模型，并用该模型对成都市金牛区的可持续发展能力建设水平进行综合评价，结果表明，金牛区可持续发展能力建设水平逐年增长。

| Abstract: | The building and evaluation of the capacity for sustainable development has been a focus of attention from all walks of social life this year. The thesis departed from the four major indexes of social development, economic development, resources and environment and others, used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the comprehensive evaluation model, and carried out a comprehensive evaluation with this model on the sustainable development capacity-building level in Jinniu district of Chengdu. The results of the thesis showed that the sustainable development capacity-building level in Jinniu district increased year by year. |
