| 摘 要： | 作为以电子形式存在并借助电子设备为人们所感知的、用作证据使用的材料，电子证据具备诸多独特的技术性特征，其收集程序有异于传统证据。多样化的技术类型使电子证据呈现出丰富的具体形态，而常见电子证据的收集主要包括：封闭计算机系统中电子证据的收集、网络电子证据的收集和通讯电子证据的收集三类。不同类型的电子证据对收集程序有不同的要求，只有采取相对应的收集手段，才能确保电子证据收集的即时性、完整性和有效性。

| Abstract: | As evidences in electronic form and perceived through electronic equipment, electronic evidences have many technical characteristics different from the traditional ones. So the procedure of collecting electronic evidences has some characteristics distinct from that of collecting traditional evidences. The types of technology diversification make electronic evidences appear in multiple forms. Common electronic evidences include the ones in a closed computer system, the network electronic and communication electronic ones. Different types of electronic evidence have different requirements for collection procedures, and the corresponding measures shall be taken to ensure the timeliness, completeness and effectiveness of the electronic evidence collection. |
