| 摘 要： | 电信服务合同的履行不仅在当事人之间发生效力,还常常要涉及第三人(被叫用户),甚至发生第三人介入合同的履行过程。电信服务的全程全网和互联互通等特点,使得电信服务变得多样和复杂。主要从语音服务和短信服务两种电信业务中探讨电信服务合同对第三人的效力问题。

| Abstract: | The implementation of telecom service contract not only takes effect between the two parties,but also involves the third party(the called user).And sometimes there are cases in which the third party is involved in the implementation process of the contract.Characteristics of the whole network and mutual communication in the telecom service make the service diversified and complicated.This paper discusses the effects of telecom service contract to the third party in the businesses of speeches and messages. |
