学术行为的规范化:反思与重构

摘    要:在有关学术规范的讨论中,学术规范的价值、学术规范的主体和学术规范的方法是三个比较重要的问题。学术规范的价值应该包括本体价值和工具价值;学术规范的主体应当包括学术生产者、学术评价者和学术管理者;寻求学术规范的方法的关键在于从学术失范和学术腐败的原因入手,进行相应的制度设计,使违反学术规范的行为无利可图。

Abstract:In the discussions concerning the normalization of academic researches, the value, subject and methodology of academic norms are the three comparatively important questions. The value of academic norms should consist of ontological and instrumental values; the subject of academic norms should include academic producers, reviewers and administrators. The key to seek the methodology of academic normalization lies in starting with the cause of academic non-normalization and corruption, and doing accordingly the system design, so as to make the behaviour to break the academic norms non-profitable.
