| 摘 要： | 制度创新对技术创新具有重要推动作用 ,根据我国国有企业技术创新不足的现实情况 ,必须加强国有企业制度创新 ,以制度创新推动技术创新 :确立企业在技术创新中的主体地位 ;强化技术创新的资金支持 ;提高企业的创新管理能力 ;造就善于组织创新的企业家队伍 ;培育企业的创新文化。

So it is essential to strengthen the institutional innovation to promote the technological innovation so as to ensure the leading position of the enterprises to gain the financial support, to improve the management capability of the enterprises, to shape up a team of the expert enterprisers with the fresh ideas of innovation, and to develop the new culture of enterprises in the process of the technological innovation. |
