人力资本嵌入企业战略规划构想

摘    要:企业的生存与发展离不开人力资本的积累与投资。文章运用合作博弈理论,在对人力资本如何有效嵌入企业战略规划中进行理论探讨和实证分析后,认为企业必须充分重视人力资本对物质资本的专用性,促使人力资本与物质资本较好地结合起来。同时,应充分认识到允许人力资本参与企业收益分配将成为企业激励人力资本的有效措施

Abstract:The survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from human capital accumulating and investing.Using the theory about cooperating and game,the article analyses and discusss how to embed effectively human capital in an enterprise strategic planning theoretically and empirically,and hold that enterprises must pay full attention to the specialism of human capital to material capital and promote the combination of human capital and material capital.Besides,realize fully that it would become an effective measure to let human capital partisipate in the distribution of enteprise profits.
