| 摘 要： | “9·11”事件后，在恐怖主义和反恐战争的推动下，大国关系经历了深刻的调整。在调整的过程中也呈现出诸多特点，特别是美国成为这次大国关系调整的关键因素。对这些特点进行梳理、分析，有助于我们正确把握当前大国之间的关系。

| Abstract: | After the September 11 Attack, the major powers＇ relationships have been readjusted, propelled by terrorism and anti - terrorism war. During the course, the readjustment has taken on different features. Particularly the US has become the key factor in the readjustment. Studies on these features will be important to the proper understanding of the present relationships among the major powers. |
