| 摘 要： | 基于中国的国情和现状,开发“银色资源”(老年人力资源)既有必要性,也有可行性,实为面对老龄化的一种良好选择。抑制人口老龄化的负面效应,实现“生产性老龄化”,对减轻社会的负担,保持社会稳定,促进经济的发展,以及给老年人一个幸福、快乐的晚年都具有积极的现实意义。
