Survival in the crack between the new and old history——On the Hunan old scholars' practice of the education management of industry and commerce

Through the summation of the practice of education of industry and commerce by such Hunan old scholars as Zuo Zongtang,Xiong xiling,Wang xiqian etc.this article probes into their reforms of the education of industry and commerce such as in the management ideas,management objectives and management rules from the perspective of management thought.The way of research is to use full and accurate material as basis.Under the guidance of education management thought of the Hunan old scholars the professional education developed vigorously and cultivated large numbers of country management personnel.
