企业社会资本对人力资本的整合

摘    要:企业理论经历了从物质资本到人力资本再到社会资本的发展脉络,逐渐形成了三种资本契合的话语结构。人力资本一经进入企业,就与物质资本有机结合,形成了企业的经营能力和竞争能力。而通过社会资本对人力资本的整合,可以使企业形成内生特质,获得持久竞争力。

Abstract:The firm theories experiences the evolution from quality capital to the human capital to arrive the social capital, became the words structure of conjunction of the three kinds of capital. Once the human capital enters the firm, it combines with the material capital organically, and becomes the management ability and competition ability of the firm. And through the integration of the human capital by the social capital, the firm can form the endogenous idiosyncrasy and keep the permanence competitive ability.
