As one of the features of human civilization,the realization of rule by law in a country depends on not only its hard conditions such as legal system,but also to a large extent on its soft conditions including ideology and culture.Since last century,Chian has struggled to establish the rule by law society.However,a number of basic problems still have not been resolved till now.Accordingly,there are many key factors,among which the public legal faith in the light of Chinese situtation cannot be neglected.
