| 摘 要： | 中国新一轮医改进入了制度重构阶段.而作为医改的核心医疗服务体系如何改革令人瞩目.医疗服务的禀性以及相关关系的复杂性,展现了中国医改的艰巨性和重要性.实践证明,政府缺位的市场化、商业化绝不是中国新医改的根本方向.新医改要在加大财政投入、优化资源配置、多元化服务提供以及强化信息披露等方面体现出政府主导责任.
