扬州"名医"李炳的医疗生涯及其历史记忆——兼论清代医生医名的获取与流传

李炳是盛清时期扬州的一位医生,生前虽医技高明,却得不到当时主流社会的认可,但身后却因某些偶然性的机缘而被后人所记忆.从李炳的医疗人生及时人的观念和心理来看,其之所以不能为当时主流社会所认可,并不只是像现在文献中记载的那样是因为他关心穷人、医德高尚,更重要的还是缘于他不合于时的性情.而他之所以能被后人记忆,首先是因偶尔结识著名学者焦循并终获焦发自内心的赞赏和感激,随后又因为经焦循整理的遗著抄本在二十世纪有幸为著名医家裘庆元收藏并被收入丛书出版,从中颇可反映出当时医生医名获取及其流传的社会文化机制.
